Once we have received your order, we will send an order confirmation to the specified email address. It is therefore important that you enter the correct information. We recommend that you save the order confirmation to facilitate cash with our customer service. The confirmation is also your receipt.

Once an order is placed, it takes 1-2 business days to leave our warehouse. Business days are currently defined as Sunday – Thursday. Orders placed after 5 PM (Gulf Standard Time) or on a weekend will begin processing the following business day. 

After your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email notifying you of your tracking number from SkyEx.



You have the right to cancel your order with written notice within 12 hours after payment, unless the products are specially ordered. After this time, we cannot make any changes to your order.

If you want to return your order, please contact our customer service team within 7 working days after your delivery arrived. All returns must be received by TransparAll within 14 days from the date of original delivery. Once your return has been processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. It can take up to five business days. We will keep you updated during the return process and send you an email when the process is complete. Items with a broken seal cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear, cosmetics, intimate products, toothbrushes, and similar products.)


How long does it take to process my return?

From the time you submit your return to your agent, it can take up to 14 days before you receive your refund. You will receive a return confirmation via email as soon as we have received your return.


How do I make a return?

Please contact us via our return form on and we will send you an e-mail confirmation.

TransparAll is not responsible for items lost or damaged during delivery. 

The products you want to return are your responsibility until we receive them. We recommend saving your return receipt as well as proof of the value of the products you have returned.

All products you return must be in the same condition as they were when you received them. Returned products are not accepted if they have been used, washed, or handled carelessly. The TransparAll tag must be intact and in the original packaging provided.

Any returns that are damaged, dirty, worn or altered may not be accepted for refund and sent back to you.

It is important to us that you are satisfied with your goods. From the time your package has arrived at the postal agent, you have a 14-day open purchase and right of return. Our condition is that the product is returned in original condition, e.g., that it is not used and that the original packaging is attached. Of course, you as a customer always have the right to open the package to try the product.




If you would like to change your product to a different color or size, please return the product you do not wish to keep and place a new order. It also possible to change your product in our store at Expo, the Swedish pavilion at the Sustainability District.




We are not responsible for late deliveries due to weather and natural disasters. Note that due to COVID-19, there could be some delays.

For packages that are not picked up, a fee for unredeemed packages of SEK 300 will be charged. This corresponds to the costs incurred in returning the package.
